Open Letter-Petition to President Barack Obama

Direct the FCC to Halt Airwave Transmittals of Imagery and Lyrical Hate

This Open Letter-Petition ("OLP") declares enough is enough of our public-

criminals, to hate and murder others.

"...The typical American child will view more than 200,000 acts of violence,

including more than 16,000 murders before age 18. Television programs display

812 violent acts per hour; children's programming, particularly cartoons, displays

up to 20 violent acts hourly..." 12

While it is a fact that guns, built by human hands, are seemingly the

"Scripture tells us we fix our eyes not on

what is seen,

but on what  is unseen...

not built

by human

hands...” 1

Sir, the sad truth of the matter is the Federal Communications Commission and other powers that be are turning deaf ears and blind eyes to imagery and lyrical hate communicated via the media violence.

Greetings, Mr. President:

Legal Definition of Law Against Hate
Hate speech is a communication that carries no meaning other than the expression of hatred for some group, especially in circumstances in which the communication is likely to provoke violence. It is an incitement to hatred primarily against a group of persons defined in terms of race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, religion, sexual orientation, and the like. Hate speech can be any form of expression regarded as offensive to racial, ethnic and religious groups and other discrete minorities or to women. 1

"...Can we honestly say that we’re doing enough to keep our children -- all of them -- safe from harm?  Can we claim, as a nation, that we’re all together there, letting them know that  they are loved, and teaching them to love in return?..."  1

In determining how best to gain your ear, the decision was made to reference remarks from your speeches.

Embedded herein are profane and obscene videos which any child can easily access, at any given moment, anywhere in the whole wide world.

These videos do not let our children know they are loved.  Strategically designed to target children, the videos communicate messages for them to become

What eye of man has seen music; a spoken word; a soul stirring, vocalized lyric; or a sound? Man can see images, but the thoughts provoked by the images are unseen.
